This house will sell regardless of the final bid price without the land. NO LAND WILL SELL. HOUSE ONLY.  All inspections must be made prior to the final bid. Buyers must move the property within 60 days of the bid award and shall pay all costs in connection with moving the structure. Including fees, permits, or any other costs in connection with the move. Buyers may be assessed a $1000 per day penalty if not moved within the prescribed time line or as authorized by the seller. Each purchaser is allowed a property inspection. The purchaser is responsible for arranging the inspection prior to the your bid. You may do you inspection and you do not have to pay the auctioneer a fee to set up the inspection, however you must inspect the property prior to bidding or you may bid without an inspection but remember you are buying the property in as is condition.
