Did you wake up and think the impossible? Change that though because I believe you are a Possibilitarian.
The root meaning of the word possible is “capable of making happen”. Can you think of anything more invigorating and inspiring than facing each day with the mindset that we are capable of making happen whatever we choose?
In contrast we ofter think, I cant do that. As much as I want to, I will never be able to do that. Oh well, I will never pass that test. Regardless my Uncle said, I will never amount to anything. Coach believes I cannot be a good football player, That girl said I will never meet people that are going to take me serious. STOP IT. Just stop it. You are a Possibilitarian…
I started thinking Possibilitarian
Having a positive attitude is the best start. Restart your thinking. Stop listening to crazy voices.
As a small boy I was always told no. In fact I remember many times I was given negative feedback. Just like stated in the paragraph above. During many points in my own life, I thought things would not happen. To often we do not unleash the power of being positive. The fact is some things may not work, consequently this does not mean it is the end of the road. Keep thinking positive and something good will happen. Talk to people and you will find people will believe in you. A strong mind is a powerful thing.
This photo is a creation of my own. Of course, I did not know much about photography techniques back 15 areas ago. Then One day I wanted a better than average camera. I bought a sony 8MP (a mac daddy camera back in 2002) Then becoming more interested in photography I bought a Nikon D-700, more bells and whistles that a fleet of freight trains. I remember thinking one day ” I will never learn how to use this”. To say nothing of the fact that I was not really trying to. In the first place I was expecting the camera to do the work. I started flipping and switching to see what did and what did not work. In fact, I still get puzzled why some things do not work like I want, but I keep on snapping and I have to say I have found lots of success. I am not completely satisfied however I am happy with my photo taking adventures so far.
Others that think Possibilitarian
These are some twitter notes from Possibilitarians, what can you make possible today?
In fact, everyone has a mission. Consequently, no matter how big or how small, you can make this day possible. #StartNow
