NOTE:

Home as is with brand new AC for $20,000, $60,000 Anderson Windows upgrade, new electric panel and wiring and subpanel, plumbing, redone, Tankless water heater installed, etc. Foundation leveled in front half. Chimney replaced with brick and wall work in back. Also brand new natural gas furnaces. Only changes to this would be, rewire was front half of the house. Back half of the house had more modern wiring so we left that for a later date on the recommendation of the electrician who did the work. House also has a full surge protector and that warranty is transferable to the new owner, as is the warranty for the windows. Shed in back yard has new roof. Chimney on back of house was not repaired, it was removed and the siding was replaced on that exterior wall, and then the master bedroom drywalled, along with the back room wall that had the chimney removed (the chimney was not repairable).
