Generally, the property sells in As-Is condition. However, you may schedule an appointment to have a complete inspection. The inspection may occur prior to the acceptance of the bid. You may expand your inspection to include roof, foundation, electrical, plumbing, or other components of the structure. Inspections of the land, fencing, water, sewer, and all other attributes of the acreage are certainly encouraged.
