CODE 15: Red Light Green Light

It could be referred to as the reserve indicator. When the light is red it simply means stop and the Auctioneer cannot sell. When the light turns green, the Auctioneer has the authorization to sell the property. The Auctioneer has the authorization to sell in a competitive process when bidding ends and does not continue, the Auctioneer can make bid award.
