CODE 17: Profile and Registration

Many people as, “Why do I have to create a profile and register prior to entering the property?” The answer is quite simple: the Auctioneer wants to know who you are, and the seller understand who will be taking a tour of their property.
This is part of the qualification process. The seller wants to understand if the purchaser has the capabilities to follow through the transaction.
You create a profile and register, then you will have access to all the documents that pertain to this particular property. Terms and Conditions of Sale, surveys, seller’s disclosures, and any other inspection reports or documentation that may be available that the Auctioneer is authorized to publish.
