What is the Order of Sale
Simply put, the order of sale is a summary of how we plan to run an auction. Often in an auction, there might be a property for auction, along with all of it’s contents. You may not care about the personal property, and only want to be present or active with the land. That’s fine! We welcome that, and to make it easier on you, we’ll list out the order we plan to do the auction in!
Things to Keep in Mind with the Order of Sale
You’ll want to make sure you do your inspections prior to the entire auction, rather than waiting until your interests begin. Additionally, the auctioneer reserves the right to change the order of sale at anytime. You’ll also want to remember the seller has complete control, and can pull an item from the auction at any time. There could potentially be an offer made to the seller before the auction. If it’s something the seller can’t refuse, they reserve the right to pull things from the auction at anytime. Online auctions are a great tool because you have the opportunity to make an offer the seller can’t refuse before the auction ends.
