Texas Auctioneers Association Names 2021 State Championship Finalists
Texas Auctioneers Association Names 2021 State Championship Finalists during the annual convention at Kalahari Resort in Round Rock TX. Beginning Friday evening, auctioneers and ringmen (and women) from throughout the state began competing at the Texas Auctioneers Association Annual Convention and State Championship.

The Categories
To begin with, there are 5 categories in which the contestants are competing. Those are: Senior, Rookie, Ringman, Teams (made up of an auctioneer and a ringman working together for the win), and State. Each category began with 5 Seniors, 5 Rookies, 11 Ringmen (and women), 5 Teams, and 15 State auctioneers.
First these contestants took to the stage Friday evening bringing excitement to the room as they began competing. The room stayed filled with energy throughout the night as hands were raising and bids were called. Then the evening ending with the contestants and their family and friends supporters excited for the naming of the finalists on Saturday afternoon.
The Finalists Are In…
By early Saturday afternoon came word of the finalists for the categories of Ringman, Teams, and State. Following are the names of those finalists:
- Ringman: Melissa Falls, Blake Campbell, and Austin Moore;
- Teams: John Sisk and his son Hudson Sisk, Tim Dietz and Tom Scalco, Austin Moore and Jamye Moore;
- State: Jedd Trice, Scotty Gibbs, Jamye Moore, Tim Dietz, Trinity Crow, Hudson Sisk, Bear Hebert, Austin Jett Jones, Monica Higdon, and Heather Kaspar.
Moreover, the naming of the finalists in the Senior and Rookie categories will come later in the afternoon.
