Selling as a whole or selling divided. It is an option for the seller to offer the opportunity to the buyer. A multi-parcel or multi-par online or live auction is a type of real estate sale where the property for sale is broken up into different parcels before being sold. This type of auction is typically seen during a ranch, acreage, land, or farm auction – essentially anytime there is a large amount of acreage being sold off. Parcels may be broken up by location, suitability for specific crop plantation, or if they contain a house, barn or other outbuildings. The Bobcat Road property is split up into five tracts. A person can bid on a single tract. A person can Bid on tracts 1 and 2. Another combination could be tracts 2,3,4. Ultimately the buyer could bid on tracts 1-4 or even tracts 1-5. The Auctioneer will explain each phase of the process. Normally this is completed during a live auction. The place and location the Auction will be held will be announced by the Auctioneer. Buyers must confirm and zoning or other regulations in advance of the sale.
