High Quality Houses Created on Texas Flip n Move Since 2014

High quality houses created on Texas Flip n Move since 2014. It’s true! A show taking place in Fort Worth, Texas has lassoed in the hearts of fans across the world. Fans watch teams renovate run down buildings into high quality houses and wind up getting some home project ideas themselves.

From Dilapidated Houses to High Quality Houses

For instance, imagine driving down one of many streets in the North Texas area. You are seeing new high quality home developments going up on nearly every horizon. Yet, what is happening to the sometimes dilapidated homes that once lined those streets. Indeed homes long forgotten and left for the elements and time to dispose of them.

High Quality Houses Begin with High Quality Teams

Specifically, the answer is 8. Eight? Eight what? Eight teams coming along and saving those eyesores. Expressly, these teams consist of house movers and flippers. Purchasing those houses for great deals, loading them on flatbed trailers and moving them to a lot to renovate into high quality gems.

Indeed, these teams of movers and flippers are:

  • The Snow Sisters consisting of Donna Snow and Toni Snow Barksdale
  • Randy “The Lone Wolf” Martin
  • Casey and Catrina
  • Gary’s Girls consisting of sisters (The Snow Sisters’ nieces) Melinda, Paige, Brooke and Kendall
  • Raf & Paige
  • The Hayhurst Brothers consisting of brothers Jake, Daniel and Seth Hayhurst
  • Gary & Jerry
  • “The Young Guns” consisting of Casey Hester’s cousin Cody Slay and Cody’s wife Suzy (seasons 1-3)

Moving High Quality

However, prior to moving and flipping these houses, these teams must first win the house at auction. Therefore the teams, in varying combinations, travel to the location of the dilapidated house or structure. Thereupon an auctioneer-Casey Cade, Heather Casper, Stacy Silfies, Olivia Hoenig, and in a few episodes chief Auctioneer Myers Jackson-presents the building for auction.

Interestingly, a competition forms when multiple teams want the same structure. Of course, what ensues is a bidding war to see who will bid the highest. Many episodes include two separate home purchases. Therefore meaning fans get to watch each winning team renovate their house from drab to high quality and then see which team makes the most profit.

Auction Time, Auction Time!

But wait, you say. How do the teams make profit? Well, an auction, of course. This time the eyesores have become high quality houses bringing bidders from all over the state. They walk through the homes and admire the stylish features, accessories and touches the flipping team has done.

Once again outside, Myers Jackson Auctioneer, takes the podium and begins the auction. Bidders are bidding on the home which they will then have to move (not included in the winning bid amount) to a location of their choosing. Later episodes feature homes, and sometimes casitas with them, already attached to land. In which case the bidders are bidding on the home and parcel of land. Furnishings are usually not included.
