Donna Snow First Born of the Third Generation

Donna Snow is the first born also know as a Snow Sister and a third generation house mover. Born and raised near Fort Worth she is a star of Texas Flip and Move filmed in Fort Worth, TX. Family, friends and fans worldwide adore her for the inspiration and role model that she is.

Entering the world under the Leo zodiac sign, Donna is the first born of H.D. And Carlene Snow’s three children. Growing up Donna watched houses removed from their foundations, loaded onto a flat bed trailer and moved elsewhere. More than likely she also watched a glass of water positioned at the front of the trailer make the move without losing a drop.

C A Snow First Begins Family Business

In 1942 a friend asked C.A. Snow for a favor. The friend needed help moving a house. Agreeing to help, C.A. had no idea what would come of the task. Having not done house moving before, C.A. couldn’t have known the fascination within the endeavor. Yet, a spark was ignited and a passion for house moving was kindled. Soon C.A. began his own house moving business-C.A. Snow House Moving. Fort Worth became the home of the business in 1948.

Following C.A.’s passing in 1966, his son H.D. began his own business-H.D. Snow House Moving. Donna and her siblings would each join the family business following graduation.  Notably, when Gary joined the business H.D. accordingly changed the name to H.D. Snow and Son House Moving.

Donna Snow’s First Horse

Donna Snow First Born of the Third Generation. Now fans know Donna loves horses. She shares on social media videos with some of hers. She as well sits on the board of the North Texas Rodeo Foundation. The rodeo kids look up to Donna and her knowledge and teaching. Of which is etiquette. Ask any of the kids what Donna’s biggest lesson is….they will tell you cell phones have no place at the dinner table.

As a matter of fact, Donna’s love for horses more than likely began as a child when H.D. traded a horse for a house move. Determination being a trait she has had since childhood, Donna learned to ride the horse bareback as no saddle came with the transfer.

Donna Loves Her Fans

Indeed, Donna is a role model to many of her fans.  For instance, when she was losing weight on the show fans were flooding her with questions of how she was doing it.  She soon took her fans and all interested in joining on a weight loss journey with her.  She kept a journal logging her daily progress and encouraged followers to do likewise. Additionally she shared weekly videos of her tips and advice for the week as well as her accomplishments from the week before.  Fans joined on the journey sharing their successes as well. Can you guess what Donna’s favorite food is? We all know her favorite color is purple. Her favorite food? Cream corn.

Today Donna enjoys spending time on her property with her horses. Of course she also loves spending time with her family. At many gatherings Donna can be seen playing her banjo. She and her sister enjoy hosting watch parties where Donna gets a laugh out of teasing fellow flipper and dear friend Randy. More so than that, she loves meeting and visiting with all of the fans.  She is always happy to take a picture…who wouldn’t be with a smile that lights up the room.
